Hickory Area Happenings!

Don’t think the real estate market is dead.  366 homes sold in October.  Pending sales up 20% year over year in October.  We are at the highest inventory of listings we have seen in a long time, so if your time is now, don’t wait.  The average price is also up almost 2% year over year, so the minuscule drop in interest rates won’t change your readiness.  

I’ve recently guided four buyers through evaluating their credit situation, getting pre-approval and started shopping with one.  Two more start soon.  If your time is now, I’m happy to do the same with you and my preferred lender partners.
